Top of the Gulf is located along the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The property is centrally located with beach clubs restaurants entertainment shopping and golf only minutes away and many are within walking distance.Amenities include a large gulf side pool kiddie pool seasonal snack bar shuffleboard and BBQ grills fitness room game room with pool and ping pong tables and wireless Internet.All rooms are spacious 440 square feet efficiencies which include a queen bed and sofa sleeper (or two beds) kitchen dining area private bath and walk in closet. Kitchen includes full size stove and refrigerator dishwasher microwave toaster coffeemaker and cookware. All linens and towels are provided and are exchanged daily. There are coin operated laundry facilities on every other floor.Please keep in mind these rules and fees before booking your stay at the Top of the Gulf: The property does not rent to singles under the age of 25. You will not be allowed to check in and no monies will be refunded. There is a 15.00 processing fee from the property for all cancellations. Please note that the property does collect a one time fee of 122.10 for departure cleaning 1 parking pass and accidental rental damage insurance. These fees will be collected by the property upon arrival.
